Request account deletion
Use this form if you cannot sign in to SetGrams. If you can access the app, you can permanently delete your account immediately from Settings → Account & Data.
Request deletion
Enter the email address associated with your SetGrams account. We will send a confirmation to that address and process the request. For privacy, the form does not say whether an account exists.
What deletion removes
Confirmed deletion permanently removes your SetGrams profile, nutrition and workout history, progress data, connected-health records stored by SetGrams, feedback, diagnostics, and account access. It cannot be undone.
Some provider backups or operational logs may remain until they expire under the provider’s retention schedule. Read the Privacy Policy for the current details.
