Privacy

SetGrams is built to help you keep a personal record of food, workouts, and progress. This page explains the information the app uses to provide that experience.

Information you add to SetGrams

Your account may include your email address, profile and goal details, food entries, nutrition targets, workout activity, exercise notes, progress records, body weight, and measurements. SetGrams uses that information to provide your tracking, history, and requested app features.

Optional health, camera, and AI features

Health Connect access is optional. If you grant permission, SetGrams can import supported steps and body weight records. Camera scans and AI features run only after you start them. Relevant images, barcode values, or text may be sent to OpenAI, Open Food Facts, or USDA FoodData Central to provide the result you asked to review before saving.

Controls in the app

Account and app settings include controls for the information and features connected to your SetGrams account. Review those settings before enabling optional connections or sharing additional information.

Optional diagnostics

Diagnostics are off by default. If you choose to enable them, they can help us understand technical problems and improve the app. They include technical details such as app version, route, platform, and error type—not your food, workouts, health values, notes, images, or raw traces.

Service providers

SetGrams uses Supabase for authentication, application storage, and database records. Resend delivers beta feedback and account-deletion request emails to the SetGrams team. We do not sell personal data.

Your choices and account deletion

You can review or correct logged information, manage optional permissions, export your data, and permanently delete your account from the app. If you cannot access the app, use the public account-deletion request page. It requests only your account email, uses an anti-spam check, and does not reveal whether an account exists.
